FAQ

Questions, answered.

How long until my order arrives? +
Every unit is made to order. Right now that means roughly 60 days to your door — we quote a buffer of 8–10 weeks to be safe, and we're working to shorten it. In-stock items dispatch within 7 business days. You'll get tracking the moment your order ship
Can I cancel or change my pre-order? +
Yes — any time before dispatch for a full refund, no questions asked. Email us with your order number.
My delivery arrived damaged. What do I do? +
Inspect on arrival and email us within 7 days with your order number, photos and (if possible) a short video. Freight damage is fixed at no cost to you — repair, replacement or refund. Don't ship anything back until we confirm the method.
What maintenance is required? +
Minimal maintenance is required. We recommend changing the water every 3-4 months and cleaning the filter monthly.
How do I make a warranty claim? +
Email us with your order number, a description of the fault, and photos/video. Every product carries a 12-month warranty on top of your Australian Consumer Law rights, and we cover warranty freight within Australia. Details on the warranty page.
Does the Ice Drop Chiller really work with any bathtub? +
Yes — acrylic, steel, fibreglass, freestanding or inflatable. The probe drops into the water; there's no plumbing and no filter housing. If you'd rather not use your bath, we sell dedicated tubs as add-ons.
How cold does it get, and how fast? +
The chiller holds water down to 3°C. In an insulated 240 L tub it pulls roughly 2.2°C per hour (supplier-tested at ~22°C ambient) — so the first cool-down takes a few hours, then it holds temperature and is ready in minutes.
How much does it cost to run? +
Not much. The chiller draws 900 W — roughly 20–30 cents per hour of active cooling at typical Australian rates, and far less once it's just holding temperature. The sauna heater draws 1500 W — under 40 cents for a session.
How loud is it? +
Quiet enough for a bathroom or balcony. The All-In-One is rated at 50 dB — about the level of a quiet conversation. The rest of the range is comparable.
Where can I set up the sauna? +
Anywhere with a standard power socket and normal ventilation — it's electric dry heat, no smoke, no plumbing. It folds away in about 10 minutes. The Hemlock room needs a dedicated circuit installed by a licensed electrician for its 6 kW stove.
