Where we deliver and what it costs

We deliver across Australia.

Metro delivery is free.

Regional and remote addresses attract a freight surcharge. Any surcharge is quoted to you upfront and confirmed before dispatch. It is never added silently.

Lead times

Most units are made when you order them. Current average time is approximately 60 days door to door. We quote 8 to 10 weeks so that a normal delay does not break a promise.

When we have units in stock, the product page says so, and those orders dispatch within 7 business days.

Full payment is taken upfront. Your place in the production queue is confirmed the moment you order.

You will hear from us at each stage: order confirmation, production, dispatch with tracking, and for freight items the carrier's delivery booking. Updates are sent to the email address used at checkout.

If a stated timeframe slips, you decide what happens. We will let you know, and you can either wait or cancel for a full refund.

If you need a unit by a specific date, email us with your deadline and postcode before you order.

How your order is delivered

Courier delivery is used for smaller items including the Ice Drop Chiller, inflatable ice tubs, the Kiuas Dry Sauna and accessories. These arrive at your front door by standard parcel carrier. A signature may be requested. If no one is home, the carrier may leave the parcel in a safe place or card it for collection.

Freight delivery is used for larger units including the All-In-One Ice Bath, the Stainless Steel Ice Bath, the Red Pine Wood Ice Bath and the Hemlock Sauna. These arrive on a pallet or in a crate, delivered to the kerb or a ground-floor entry point. The carrier will contact you to arrange a delivery window.

What freight delivery does not include

  • Carrying items up long or steep driveways
  • Carrying items upstairs or through narrow access points
  • Unpacking
  • Placement or positioning
  • Assembly
  • Removing packaging

Preparing for a freight delivery

  • Measure doorways and gates against the unit's dimensions. The All-In-One crate needs clearance for a 1950 × 800 mm unit.
  • Clear your driveway of obstacles.
  • Arrange at least two people to move the unit from the kerb. The All-In-One alone is 113 kg empty.
  • Inspect the packaging for damage before you sign.

Damage in transit

Photograph any damage before assembly and email us within 7 days of delivery. Sooner is better.

Damage in transit is a consumer guarantee matter. You are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund at no cost to you.
