Unbox the Sauna

Everything ships in one box. Lift the parts out and lay them on the floor, that's the hardest bit done.

Setup Frame

Click the frame together, slide on the heatproof sleeves and attach using the plastic braces

Plug it in

Run the power lead out through the back of the tent and into a standard wall socket.

Turn It On

Set your temperature, give it about 15 minutes to warm through, and step in.
