Return and refund policy
Your rights under Australian Consumer Law
Your goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in this policy limits those rights. Where this policy and the Australian Consumer Law differ, the Australian Consumer Law applies.
14-day trial
A 14-day trial applies to the following products:
- Ice Drop Chiller
- Kiuas Dry Sauna
- Sauna + Chiller Bundle
- All-In-One Ice Bath
You cover the cost of return freight. Return freight is capped at $200 for the Ice Drop Chiller and the Kiuas Dry Sauna, and at $500 for the All-In-One Ice Bath. We cover any amount above the cap.
A 20% restocking fee applies to trial returns.
Returned units must be in their original packaging and must not have been modified, damaged, or have compromised packaging.
Made-to-order products
The Stainless Steel Ice Bath, the Red Pine Wood Ice Bath and the Hemlock Sauna are made to order and are not covered by the trial. A panel-built sauna room cannot practically be returned.
Instead, these products have a 72-hour cancellation window. You can cancel within 72 hours of ordering for a full refund, with no fees and no questions.
Faulty, damaged or incorrect items
If a product arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, you are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund at no cost to you, including return freight.
Report the issue by email within 7 days of delivery, with photos or video. Photograph any damage before assembly.
No restocking fee applies to a fault, damage or incorrect item claim. This pathway operates independently of the trial window.

What cannot be returned
- Any inflatable product that has been inflated or filled
- Units that have been modified
- Units that are damaged
- Units with compromised packaging
Refunds
Approved returns are refunded to your original payment method within 10 to 14 business days of us receiving the unit.
Exchanges
Exchanges are available subject to stock availability. Tell us when you get in touch.
How to start a return
Email info@enhancedhuman.com.au with your order number before sending anything back. Do not ship anything until we have confirmed the method with you.
