Terms of service
These terms apply to purchases from Enhanced Human (ABN 42 944 977 145), Adelaide, South Australia.
Your rights under Australian Consumer Law
Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law cannot be excluded. You are entitled to a remedy for a major failure, and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. Nothing in these terms limits those rights.
Orders and payment
All prices are in Australian dollars and currently exclude GST.
An order placed through this website is an offer to purchase. Your order is accepted when it is dispatched.
Made-to-order and pre-order items require full payment at checkout. These orders can be cancelled within 72 hours of ordering, and cancellation must be before dispatch.
Payment methods available are shown at checkout.
Delivery and risk
Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. Ownership passes to us being paid in full.

Cancellations and returns
Cancellations before dispatch are free.
A 14-day trial applies to the Ice Drop Chiller, the Kiuas Dry Sauna, the Sauna + Chiller Bundle and the All-In-One Ice Bath.
The Stainless Steel Ice Bath, the Red Pine Wood Ice Bath and the Hemlock Sauna are not covered by the trial. Those products have a free 72-hour cancellation window from the time you order.
A 20% fee applies to trial returns. Full detail is in our return and refund policy.
Warranty
Warranty periods vary by product. Chillers and saunas carry a 12-month warranty. Selected models carry a 24-month warranty. Warranty cover is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law and does not limit them.
Product use and age restrictions
Our products are intended for use by people aged 18 and over.
Users aged 16 and 17 require adult supervision.
Our products are not intended for children under 16.

Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the replacement or repair of the product, or a refund.
