Waterproof Sauna Red Light Panel Small
The Most Versatile Red Light On The Market.
A red light panel built to run inside a hot sauna or your own shower. It holds 96 quad-chip LEDs across nine wavelengths — blue at 480nm, orange at 590nm, red at 630, 660 and 670nm, and near-infrared at 810, 830, 850 and 1060nm — with each of the four channels controlled separately, so you can run red on its own, near-infrared on its own, or everything together.
It is sealed to IP65 and rated to 90°C, making it the easiest panel to fit into your routine
What Makes This Panel So Good?
Medical Grade Power, Clinical Grade Results
IP65 Waterproof Rating For Shower Use
Sealed to IP65, which means dust-tight and protected against water jets from any direction. Steam, splash and humidity don’t reach the electronics making it safe to install in your shower. Just add it to your daily shower routine.
Heat Rated to 90°C for Sauna Use
Rated to run at 90°C ambient — hotter than most traditional saunas get at bench height. A standard red light panel isn’t built for that room; the heat kills the driver and the lens fogs. This one was designed for it from the housing out. Double your benefits in each sauna session.
Tested at 140mW/cm² Irradiance
140mW/cm² at 15cm from the panel face. That’s the figure that actually matters. This is one of the more powerful red lights available for home use. At this output a typical session is 10–15 minutes for full benefits.
9 Science Backed Wavelengths
Nine wavelengths across four separately controlled channels: blue at 480nm, orange at 590nm, red at 630, 660 and 670nm, and near-infrared at 810, 830, 850 and 1060nm. Red and orange work at the skin surface; near-infrared travels deeper, and 810–850nm is the range most of the muscle recovery research uses. Run one channel or all of them.

Blue/Green Light Blocking Glasses
These lenses block short-wavelength light — blue and most of green, roughly up to 550nm. That is the part of the spectrum your circadian system is most sensitive to. Put them on about two hours before you want to be asleep and leave them on until the lights go off. Made to improve sleep quality.
625nm Red Light Bulb
A red bulb at 625nm that screws into a normal lamp. Stops putting out short wavelengths that keep you awake
Put it in the lamps you actually use after dark. It is dim and warm, made to prevent any interruptions to your sleep. Red light in the evening is one of the most repeated habits in the biohacking world.
Kiuas Dry Sauna
Proper Finnish dry heat, in a sauna that folds away.
Not infrared. Not steam. Radiant and convection heat off a 1500 W element — the format nearly all the long-term sauna research was built on. Almost every portable sauna sold here is one of the other two.
Up in about 20 minutes, then back in its bag when you're done.
Targeted Red Light Panel (660nm + 850nm)
A desk-sized panel that puts out two wavelengths at once: 660nm red, which is absorbed at the surface of the skin, and 850nm near-infrared, which passes deeper into tissue. It's sized for one area at a time — your face, your neck, a shoulder, a knee, a hand. It stands on a desk or hangs on the back of a door. Red and near-infrared light has become one of the most widely used tools in modern skin and recovery routines, studied in dermatology and sports medicine and run daily by biohackers like Bryan Johnson and Andrew Huberman.
